Not ready? Try 7 days free. You've probably saved the tips and the drills and the videos already and not really used them, and that isn't a motivation problem, it's that nobody has given you a path to follow.
That's who we built this for.

You're hanging from the bar with a confidence you didn't have before, and you've done your first chin up with assistance, with good technique, so you know exactly where you're at.
The sessions have quietly become part of your week, and there's a group of women doing the same thing at the same time, and that turns out to matter more than you expected.
You're excited by every bit of progress, and you might even find yourself taking a video and sending it to your closest friends.
You finish the year having achieved something real, and you roll into next year ahead.

One skill, broken into stages, coached properly, built into your week, with women beside you and a day to see how far you've come.

The maps and trackers that keep you on course.
A WhatsApp group beside you through the hard weeks.
A day of coaching with Cris, in Sydney or live online.

The 10 week pre-season covers the first two stages.
owning the position and building the basic pull pattern
setting the shoulders and gradually reducing assistance
controlling the way down, strength through the top and 90 degree holds
one clean chin up, then making it repeatable
repeatable strength, building capacity beyond your first set
A chin up takes time, so you move through it with your group, and if a phase needs more than a week you repeat it, and nobody is rushed ahead before they're ready.
Coach Cris is a calisthenics coach who has spent eight years coaching women through physical skill progressions, and she has built every session in the chin up program.
Cris in her own words
“I've spent years coaching people, and one thing has always stood out to me. The art of progressions and coddling the ego through the process is extremely important in fostering a person who can commit long-term to a goal. Most people genuinely want to get stronger. They want to move better. They want to finally do that thing they've always said, 'I wish I could do that.' The problem is they don't have a path. What we're really building is confidence, capability, and the belief that you're stronger than you thought. I can't wait to see what surprises you.”

01You don't need to arrive ready. The program builds the strength a chin up needs from the ground up, and it was built for women starting from scratch.
02Twenty minutes fits into the week you actually have, and on the weeks when even that's a stretch, repeating a week is normal and expected.
03You've started things before and stopped, and so has everyone. The women who get there are the ones with something clear to come back to, which is what the method, the group and the next planned session give you.
Give it a proper go for the first three weeks, show up to your sessions and use the community, and if it genuinely isn't for you we'll refund you in full, with no awkward emails and no hoops to jump through.
“A chin up is knowing you can pull yourself up physically, but more importantly, a chin up is knowing you can pull yourself up psychologically.”
